How to Become a Franchisee
Our franchisees are a diverse group who provide sharp insights and experience to The Maids’ franchise system. Most of our franchisees have no prior experience in residential cleaning.

A Franchise Development Specialist will promptly contact you to answer initial questions and walk you through The Maids’ Discovery Process steps.

The Maids’ Discovery Process is designed to help you make informed decisions, and includes a few simple steps.
Just as we base our cleaning process on teamwork, you have a team of dedicated professionals on your side who assist you every step of the way.
SMART Start Set-up - Every new franchisee starts with up to seven weeks of foundation-based business training, including up to two days visiting a corporate store. This lays the framework for franchise ownership.
SMART Start Training - Up to six days of administrative and technical training at The Maids corporate training facility.
Power Training - Up to 4 days of on-site training at your new location to train your first team.
Sales and Customer Service Training - Web-based, virtual led training with access to a state-of-the-art learning platform
Employee Training - Web-based and hands-on training to get your team members prepared to serve and delight customers.
Business Coaching - Certified executive business coaches to mentor and support you as you grow your business one customer at a time.
Sales Support - Access to The Maids National Call Center five days a week so you can focus on growing your business from the start, while experts handle customer sales calls.
